This is an important update about your Direct Account and your Direct Home Rewards.
You may have recently received a notice from Pacific West Bank regarding the discontinuation of their banking services. We want you to hear directly from us about what this means for you.
We have already secured agreements with new banking partners who have a strong track record in this space. Our goal is to transition to a new, more resilient platform that is not dependent on a single banking sponsor and to be back up and running for you this year. We will notify you as soon as a go-live date is confirmed.
Here is what you need to know right now:
• Access to your Direct Account will be unavailable after April 30th while we complete the transition to our new platform.
• Your Direct Home Rewards program is being paused during this period, not discontinued. It is our full intention to resume the program for our customers upon re-launch.
• Upon re-launch, all eligible Rewards members will be reinstated in good standing. You will not lose your place in the program as a result of this transition.
• Your mortgage payment should be made directly starting May 1st. This is important to keep your mortgage current during the transition.
• More details about your account and Rewards status will be provided when we are ready to welcome you back on the new platform.
We understand that change can feel uncertain. Please know that we are moving quickly and with your best interests in mind. We chose new partners specifically to build a stronger, long-term product for you.
